Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc. will enhance areas of an individual's life through reaching a community of adults and teens by training and counseling. The cost to the targeted individuals will be free. Individuals will be required to register for classes, seminars and one on one counseling.

Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc. has already gained commitments from volunteer professionals who will help, train and counsel individuals. Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Corporation.

Interview skills and Career Counseling will be conducted by volunteer staff. The purpose of this seminar training is to focus on sharpening job interview skills and helping individuals decide on career goals and directions for job fields that they may be looking to enter. The training will be held at local churches and community centers throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas.

Résumé preparation and writing training will be conducted by volunteer staff. The purpose of this training will be to help individuals gain job interviews through better resumes due to gaining an understanding of what employers are looking for in employees and how to relay their jobs skills on paper. The training will be held at local churches, community centers and Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc. Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc. is planning a computer center for which individuals may sign in and use after receiving proper training on resume preparation and web research. The computer lab will be located at Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc. after fundraising is conducted and financing is acquired.

Financial Training and Counseling will be conducted by volunteer staff. The purpose of this seminar and class training will focus on helping individuals to understand finances, credit and debt. This training will help individuals become familiar with all forms of credit, financing, investing, budgeting necessary to get out of debt and gain financial stability.

Counseling and Guidance will be conducted by qualified personnel. The purpose of these services will focus on providing spiritual counseling in the forms of marriage and individual counseling to help with marriage issues and conflicts, and to help individuals with spiritual issues and social relating. These services will be held at Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc.

Conflict resolution training for teens, families and couples will be conducted by volunteer staff. The purpose of this seminar and class training will help to provide proper communications skills, anger management and conflict resolution. This training will actively target teens. This training will be held at local churches and community centers throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas.

Leadership training programs will be conducted by volunteer staff. The purpose of this program will develop proper and effective leadership skills within teens. Providing them an avenue to lead and follow peers properly. This program will give insight into leadership and will provide opportunities to lead within the community. Example: Teach the teens about program planning and implementation, how to plan a meeting, how to set an agenda and have the teens plan an event from start to finish and implement it.

Referral services will be available for teens, parents, single mothers, recovering addicts, HIV/AIDS victims. Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc. will network with other agencies and organizations to properly refer individuals for outside help and services for which Whole Life Community Development Corporation, Inc. is not setup to perform.
